Senior Track & Field
Join the Team
With jumps, throws, hurdles, sprints and longer distances, track & field truly has something for everyone. Our friendly training sessions are open to all abilities and ages, and you’ll have the opportunity to put that training to good use in track & field leagues or individual competitions.
As a Ryston Runners member you’ll get access to high level coaching expertise, great indoor and outdoor facilities and the support and encouragement of your fellow club members.
We love our sport, and we love team events and celebrating all that it means to be part of a team, regardless of ability. We often punch above our weight, as that team spirit helps to bring out exceptional performances.

Club Standards
Ryston has a comprehensive list of Road Running standards to serve as an incentive for runners to keep improving or to have a target for upcoming races. They range from Copper, through to Diamond.
Badges are awarded to club members that achieve a given standard for 4 distances over a year. These are awarded at the annual awards evening.
To apply for the Road Running Standard, you need to contact the road running rep with details of your achievements.
