Come and join Ryston Runners AC for a fun summer night at Lynnsport. We’ll bring the music, you bring your shoes for your new favourite night out.
About the event
This is not just another 5K, it is a structured series of paced races, carefully organised to group runners of similar ability together.
By creating the right environment and competition, every race is set up to maximise your chances of running fast.

Multiple races, with finish times of each race reducing through the evening. Submit your predicted 5K time as part of your entry and you will get allocated a race.
