A number of smaller groups train for various disciplines. We offer a general supervised multi-event group, a number of individuals also train for various specific events. If you are interested in a particular event then get in touch and we can see what setup might work best for you dependant upon your goals and level of experience.

Seniors can compete for the club in both a team and as an individual (Juniors please see the Junior Hub). As a club we enter the following track and field leagues that are available for our senior members:

• Southern Athletics League (For all in Under 17 category and above)
• East Anglian League (Open to all ages)
• Eastern Masters Athletics League (For all aged 35 and over)

Individual competitive opportunities exist in the form of open meetings, county, regional and national championship events. These all require individuals to enter themselves. If you would like to know more about these kind of events or how to get involved in the team events then speak to the track and field rep.
