We will be acknowledging Mental Health Awareness week by opening up our club night endurance training sessions on Monday 9th May (7:30pm - Lynnsport) and Thursday 12th May (7pm - Downham Mkt Memorial Field) to all and encouraging and embracing the use of running as a tool to improve mental health and wellbeing through talking. Whilst the sessions will still very much be tough as usual the last bit of this will be encouraged even more after each session with tea and cake!

Booking is required, as usual, for the Monday session. Training for Monday will cost £2 per person (both members and non-members), all proceeds will be donated to mental health charities. Thursday session will be free to attend, as normal.
