This weekend, three Ryston Runners headed to Lee Valley for the Eastern Indoor Athletics Championships. Rob MacQueen starred by winning the bronze medal in the U20M 400m, with an indoor personal best time of 53.27. David MacQueen (U15B) ran a fast 7.73 in his 60m heat to progress to the semi-final, but missed out on the final despite another good run of 7.77 in the semi. Simon Carty (senior men) made the final of the 200m with an indoor personal best time of 24.54, but was unable to stay to compete in the final.
